Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is available across the UAE.
• Extra charges will apply for Western Areas.

Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.
• International shipping is unavailable at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer a convenient Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option for your orders.

Delivery Instructions

• If the delivery driver attempts to deliver and calls but there is no answer, they will wait an additional 15 minutes.
• If there is still no response, or if the recipient is unavailable, the package will not be delivered and the delivery may be rescheduled or returned.

Important Notes

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid unnecessary delays.
• Sunbae is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses.
